Popolamama is our major business with its brand "Popolamama - Home of fresh spaghetti cooked just when you need it". The registered service name "Popolamama" comes from the combination of "Popolamama" as our company name which means in Italian "popular" and "mama" as a symbol of family.

We use the core portion of qualified duram wheat with semolina mesh and provide more than 50 items including pizza, salad, antipasta and dessert.

We have more than 100 restaurants in the Tokyo area, Hanshin area, South Hokkaido, Hokuriku and Shanghai. Our standard restaurant format is from 90 sq. metre to 120 sq. metre in space with more than 60 seats in shopping centers, station facilities and ordinary buildings on streets.
