Popolamama is our major business with its brand "Popolamama - Home of fresh spaghetti cooked just when you need it". The registered service name "Popolamama" comes from the combination of "Popolare" which means in Italian "popular" and "mama" as a symbol of family.
We use the core portion of qualified durum wheat with semolina mesh and provide more than 50 items including pizza, salad, antipasta and dessert. We have more than 100 restaurants in the Tokyo area, Hanshin area, South Hokkaido, Hokushin'etsu, Kyushu area.
Our standard restaurant format is from 90 sq. metre to 120 sq. metre in space with more than 60 seats in shopping centers, station facilities and ordinary buildings on streets.

The ‘Sweets & Pasta Cafe Anges’ brand is an upgrade alternative from the ‘Popolamama’ brand.
The registered service name "Anges" means angels in French. It provides our guests with a more comfortable atmosphere than Popolamama with cakes produced at the in-house factory by the patissier and a comfortable full-table drink service while still serving hearty fresh spaghetti cuisine prepared by a legitimate chef.
We currently have just one restaurant of this brand and it is in Chiba, East of Tokyo.

As a franchisee of the Honobono Okonomi Taiyaki Hompo business, we have a shop "Yume-aru-machino-taiyakiya-san" in Ayase Town Hills, Kanagawa. Supported by the franchiser's trainers, we provide our guests with taiyaki snack sweets with genuine Japanese adzuki paste and culinary inspiration from the counter to take home. ‘Honobono Okonomi Taiyaki’ roughly translates to ‘nostalgic, pick-what-you-like, traditional Japanese sweets’.
